For those simple minded people that believe this website is promoting hate I hate to disappoint you but you are very wrong. Contrary to popular belief we are discussing very real issues within this website only one being interracial dating. If you have been walking around with your eyes closed and your ears plugged I have news for you...Black people are in trouble. We have a higher ratio of single mother households, we have the highest ratios of incarceration for both our men and women, more of our youth die every year to gang violence than any other race and we have something to say about it. Yes, we have a problem with interracial dating! Not because we hate other races but because the black community is in desperate need for good, strong black men to help rebuild our communities. We need black men working with us to stop gang violence. We need black men in our homes helping to raise their children so they have a father figure to look up to and will not look for that figure in the streets. We need black men to stand with us and not against us! For those that believe this site was started because one of the creators was a woman scorned I hate to disappoint you. We are both very happy with good black men that understand the state of the black community and understand how desperately we need black men to stop running away from the black community as though if he is with a non-black woman the struggles of the black community will no longer apply to him. If you don't understand our message or you truly believe the black community is on the up swing because rappers are now being highly paid to promote gangs, drugs and the disrespect of our women which only helps to aid in the demise of our youth I would then ask you to retreat to the land of ignorance from which you came. We are speaking out against all that threatens to hurt the black community including black men that promote dating and marrying non-black women when they are now more than ever needed most in the black community. We are boycotting with our dollars those that rise to fame and gain riches by the support of the black community but when we need you most you turn your back on our women and our struggles. It is my hope that we are not the only people that can see what is going on around us. I hope it is not just me that is shocked by the alarming numbers in which our youth are dying from gang violence and in most cases due to the fact there was no father around to teach the young man how to be a man. Black women are raising their children to the best of their ability and we can try to instill as many morals and values as possible but a man must teach his child to be a man and without that father that young man is lost to discover his own meaning of what a man is. Furthermore we have gangs out there waiting with open arms for our fatherless youth to take them in and give them their philosophies and beliefs. The fact that these gangs take our children in and offer to protect them and die for them is what our youth believe is love. That is how they rationalize killing for these gangs because they believe that is their family and they are truly loved by them. Would this still happen if that young man had a father to show him love and guidance? Where are our men? We make it very clear we know there are good black men still around and we appreciate the good black men that understand our message and that are rallying behind us. As I said we have been blessed with good black men and we only hope more black women had a good black man to stand with her. I have tried yet again to get you to understand our message. If after reading this you still believe we are racist or ignorant I am comfortable knowing I tried to educate you and maybe you are a loss cause. One day when you are ready I would ask you to drive through our neighborhoods and watch the way our youth dress and act. Sit, watch and listen how they justify killing each other based upon who wears red and who wears blue. Watch our single mothers struggle to put food on the table working so many hours she hasn't yet realized her son or daughter has now dedicated themselves to their street family and are now living in kill or be killed mode. After you have watched I want you to count how many households you see with a father in them. It will alarm you. Continue to watch how many homes you see with a non-black woman and a black man 9 times out of 10 he is in that household raising his children. What message does that send? Are we now sending the message that black women are not deserving of love and our youth are not deserving of fathers? Answer those questions. Research things yourself. If fatherless homes are not the reason are youth are dying what is? Are our youth just crazy? Were they born animals and it is their nature to kill one another or could it be they are lacking a teacher? All we can do is boycott and speak out against that which threatens us as a race. Gangs, drugs, ignorance and most of all a lack of black men in our communities because they now care about the struggles of another race and forgot about their own! |
